To honour the ongoing commitment and sacrifices of our frontline workers and emergency volunteers, Blue Light Card Australia and Dyson have organised two exclusive Dyson sales for the Blue Light Card community.  

We encourage pre-existing Blue Light Card members to share these offers with their colleagues (please see our eligibility criteria for more details) but please note that all participants will need to make sure that they’re signed up as a BLC member (including upload of identification and payment) by midnight on Tuesday 6th December 2022 so that we can process their membership in time for the sale activities outlined below.

On Friday, 9th December from 9am - 5pm AEDT, Blue Light Card holders can call the Dyson contact centre on 1800 239 766 to order their discounted product.  

How the promotion works 

1) Blue Light Card members call the Dyson contact centre on 1800 239 766 (9am - 5pm on Friday 9th December 2022 only). 

2) They inform the Dyson contact centre employee they're a Blue Light Card member and are calling to order their discounted product. 

3) Members are entitled to 1 x 20% off RRP discount by category and there are 3 categories: Floor Care, Hair Care, and Environmental Care. Maximum of 3 products per member. 

4) Members provide their Blue Light Card number and the Dyson contact centre employee processes their order.

Blue Light Community Priority Access

Blue Light Card members have been given priority access to the Dyson Refurbished Technology Sale on Saturday 10th December. 

Priority Access: 9am – 10am  

General Public: 11am – 5pm (Blue Light Members can join General Public sessions if they can't make the Priority access session).  

How the promotion works: 

1) Blue Light Card members register on one of the Eventbrite pages below: 

- Register for the Sydney Dyson refurbished technology sale

- Register for the Brisbane Dyson refurbished technology Sale

- Register for the Perth Dyson refurbished technology Sale

- Register for the Melbourne Dyson refurbished technology sale

2) Enter the promo code BLUELIGHT to register their spot

3) Check out the ticket as per the instructions.

4) On the day, Blue Light Card members need to bring their membership card (either their physical card or the digital version in their Blue Light Card app) and Eventbrite Ticket Confirmation to the event to access the Priority Sale.  

 

Terms and Conditions:  

1. Debit and EFTPOS payments available only. No cash on site. 

2. Refurbished Dyson Technology come with a 1-year guarantee. 

3. Finished good purchases limited to three machines per person, per category. Categories defined as Floor Care, Environmental Care and Hair Care. Accessories purchases limited to nine accessories per person. 

4. Only available while stock lasts on the day, for purchase in person at the event. Dyson cannot guarantee that your preferred items will be available at your preferred timeslot. 

5.  Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law including statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, Dyson excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Dyson Refurbished Technology Sale.
